SET UP: Booth set-up will begin at 5:00 pm Sept. 17 at 5 PM or 7:00 am Sept 18.
GOLF: To Register for golf on Friday, Sept 17 at Agate Beach Golf Club, register your booth or sponsorship online and add on golf. Includes box lunch, shared cart and range balls. This is an 18 hole "best ball" tournament, teams of 4 people. The cost is $90 per person (note: $20 of the cost goes toward the OPCA Legislative Action Fund. Thanks for your support!). Check in by 9:30 am.

- Proceeds of the raffle are split between our Scholarship Fund and General Fund.

To book your room at Best Western in Newport call 541-265-9411 and reference Oregon Pest Control Association. The block is available until August 17. After that time, unbooked rooms by OPCA attendees can't be guaranteed, so don't delay!
This is the hotel's COVID policy. Please read through and prepare for these requirements:
Masks are required for indoors and for outdoors when in a group setting. Please make sure your guests are aware that masks will be enforced. People can have their masks off only when seated and eating or drinking. During meetings masks need to be worn, anytime someone is walking around (to the buffet line, to the bathroom, etc.) they will need to have their mask on. This needs to be enforced in our meeting spaces.
