NOTE: Weather Update! The trip is ON, but they can't put out crab pots. 

Registration: The Boat has 16 people registered, not to exceed 20. 

Arrive: 6:30 am (a bit earlier if you need to buy a fishing license or fill out the waiver). The boat leaves as soon as everyone arrives and gets checked in 7:00 am and returns around noon. Check in at the Newport Marina Store. Park in the CHARTER parking row. If that is full please park anywhere that is NOT long term parking. Our boats are located on G DOCK. Come into the office to pick up your parking pass from Jack or Rachel.

Fishing target: Bottom Fish. Also, we will put out 8-10 crab pots. 

Licenses: Have a fishing license with salmon tag or buy one on the dock. Also, 8 of you will need shellfish licenses. Suggest purchasing one day licenses the day before your trip to avoid crowding in the office. You can purchase licenses at the ODFW website or on their smartphone app MYODFW. You can also purchase them from any Walmart, Bi-Mart or Fred Meyer in Oregon.

Biggest Fish Contest: Win a prize for catching the biggest fish (and smallest).

What to bring:

Mask/Face covering is required on the boat & in the office.

Lunch

Drinks

Warm clothes/rain gear

Closed toed shoes

Cash for fillet services

Cooler to take your catch home with you

Fishing and shellfish license

You are welcome to bring a small to medium sized cooler for food and drinks

Please do not bring:

Glass bottles

Sun flower seeds

Hard alcohol

Drugs (including marijuana).
