Guidelines Due to COVID-19 restrictions, exhibit tables will be limited to 10 and spaced out. In addition, measures will be taken to create social distance including directional arrows and wearing of masksIn the meantime, stay safe by following the recommendations from health officials.

SET UP: Booth set-up will begin at 5:00 pm June 5 or 6:30 am June 6.

GOLF: To Register for golf on Friday, June 4, register your booth or sponsorship online and add on golf.  The course is at Widgi Creek Golf Club, 18707 SW Century Drive, Bend (about 4 miles from Hotel). Includes box lunch, shared cart and range balls. This is an 18 hole "best Ball" tournament, teams of 4 people. The cost is $120 per person (note: $20 of the cost goes toward the OPCA Legislative Action Fund. Thanks for your support!).

  • These are donated items that are given as prizes during our drawings and raffles.
  • Proceeds of the raffle are split between our Scholarship Fund and General Fund.

To book your room at Mount Bachelor Village call 877-394-8966 and reference Group ID “Oregon Pest Control Association 79602.” The block is available until May 4 After that time, unbooked rooms and condos by OPCA attendees can't be guaranteed, so don't delay!
