  • Table and registration for one person.
  • Sign at Tee Box on Golf Course, recognition from the podium during meeting.
  • Send company materials, give away items. OPCA will set them out an maintain the table. All materials that are not distributed will be returned.
  • Logo and acknowledgement on Power Point Loop during event breaks

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our Fall Beach Seminar.

Set up: Booth set-up will begin at 5:00 pm Sept. 18 or 6:30 am Sept. 19. Attendee registration for the seminar opens at 6:30, vendor introductions will be about 7:45. 

GOLF: To Register for golf on Friday, Sept. 18, register your booth or sponsorship online and add on golf.  The course is at Salishan Golf Club and it includes a box lunch, shared cart and range balls. This is an 18 hole "best Ball" tournament, teams of 4 people. The cost is $110 per person. Note: $20 of the cost goes toward the OPCA Legislative Action Fund. Thanks for your support! 

FISHING: To sign up to go fishing, indicate that on your registration form. A charter will be booked out of Depoe Bay. Details on the boarding time and departure to follow, but its usually about 7 am off the dock. A fishing and shellfish license is required. Due to Covid 19 virus restrictions the boat limit is 16 people. Also, masks must be worn at all times. The cost is $120 per person. Note: $20 of the fee goes to the OPCA's Legislative Action Fund.

  • Your donated items are given away as team prizes after the golf tournament. All items are welcome!

DRAWING/RAFFLE PRIZES - Open Donation

  • These are donated items that are given as prizes during our drawings and raffles.
  • Proceeds of the raffle are split between our Scholarship Fund and General Fund.

To book your room at Best Western in Newport call  541-265-9411 and reference Oregon Pest Control Association.  The block is available until August 19. After that time, unbooked rooms by OPCA attendees can't be guaranteed, so don't delay!
