Exhibitor Info - OPCA Fall Beach Seminar

SET UP: Exhibit booth set-up will begin at 5:00 pm the day before or 7:00 am the day of the seminar. Booths are typically 6 foot tables that are skirted. They are usually around the edges of the breakfast and lunch room, or in the foyer area outside the seminar room.

AUDIENCE: Attendees at OPCA seminars are company owners and their technical staff - employees who work in the field. We usually get between 70-100 attendees. Breaks are arranged every 1-2 hours and over lunch to allow time for people to visit exhibit booths. At the start of the day, all vendors get a couple of minutes to say a few words to the attendees during the "vendor introductions."

GOLF: Playing golf is a fun way to meet people in a different setting. To Register for golf on Friday, Sept 16 at Agate Beach Golf Club, register your booth or sponsorship online and add on golf.  Includes box lunch, shared cart and range balls. This is an 18 hole "best ball" tournament, teams of 4 people. The cost is $90 per person (note: $20 of the cost goes toward the OPCA Legislative Action Fund. Thanks for your support!). Check in by 9:30 am. 

FISHING: Vendors are also invited to go deep sea fishing. We will be with Yaquina Bay Charters, Newport. Arrive 6:30 am. Click here for details.

  • Your donated items are given away as team prizes after the golf tournament and fishing trip (big fish, etc). All items are welcome!


  • These are donated items that are given as prizes during our drawings and raffles.
  • Proceeds of the raffle are split between our Scholarship Fund and General Fund.

To book your room at Best Western in Newport call 541-265-9411 and reference Oregon Pest Control Association.  The block is available until August 16. After that time, unbooked rooms by OPCA attendees can't be guaranteed, so don't delay!
