SET UP: Booth set-up will begin at 5:00 pm May 31 or 7:00 am June 1.

GOLF: If you are interested in playing in the Brandy Ham Memorial Golf Tournament at Eagle Crest, enter your name in the box on the registration form for golf and we will forward your name (and the names of other players you'd like on your team) to the golf chair. You will pay green fees directly to the golf course when you get there.

• This is the sponsorship for the Paul Heidtke Memorial Welcome Reception on Friday night. Cost $1,000. Only one sponsorship is available.
• Sponsor the drinks, $250

DOOR PRIZES - Open Donation

• These are donated items that are given as door prizes or golf tournament prizes. Attendees always look forward to this!

Hotel rooms, condos 

To get our group rate, you MUST book your room by calling 855-682-4786 and mentioning that you are with the Oregon Pest Control Association for the High Desert Seminar. The room rate is $209 for a 1 bedroom suite, or $189 for a double queen room. The cutoff date for reserving under our block is April 30, 2024.

*OPCA Allied Membership means your company has paid OPCA $250 for Allied Member dues in the current year.
