Thursday, June 5

Brandy Ham Memorial Golf Tournament, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Eagle Crest Resort (Resort Course).  Try to be there by 9:30 am at the latest. The first team starts at 10:00 am. The Resort Course at Eagle Crest is the course closer to the hotel, 7300 Robin Court, Redmond, OR 541-923-4653. You will pay green fees in the golf shop. The golf committee will assign you to a team/tee time and provide details on the tournament. 

Paul Heidtke Memorial Welcome Reception, 5:00 - 8:00 pm. Join us for a family friendly gathering. Food and drink provided! The reception is at the "Pocket Park" up the hill on the west side of Cline Falls Highway. This is by the other golf course (the one we are not playing) and next to Ridge Sports Center, 8100 Cooper's Hawk Drive, Redmond. It starts at 5:30 pm May 31.

Friday, June 6

Registration and breakfast opens at 7:30 am. and goes until 8:30. Try to arrive no later than 8:00 am. Opening announcements and vendor Introductions 8:30 am. Education sessions begin at 8:45 am.

Eagle Crest Hotel: To get our group rate, you MUST book your room by calling 855-682-4786 and mentioning that you are with the Oregon Pest Control Association for the High Desert Seminar. The room rate is $209 for a 1 bedroom suite, or $189 for a double queen room.
