About the OPCA Scholarship

Each year, the OPCA proudly awards a $1,000 scholarship to help promising students and aspiring pest management professionals pursue their education. Eligible applicants typically include college or trade-school students, or those planning to enter the pest control / entomology field.

Here’s the fun part: this scholarship is funded by our legendary OPCA golf tournaments! Every swing, every mulligan, and every laugh on the course adds up to real support for the next generation. A big thank-you to all the golfers and sponsors who make it happen each year!

We encourage our members to discuss this with people within their companies who might benefit. Eligible applicants include owners, employees, or the children and spouses of employees within OPCA member firms. Applicants must be nominated by a member firm that has held active or limited status in good standing for at least three consecutive years.

Please spread the word! If you know promising students or colleagues, encourage them to apply. Together, we can strengthen our industry, support education, and help shape a strong future for pest control in Oregon.
