How to Join
Pest Management Companies Headquartered in Oregon
Companies providing pest management services and headquartered in Oregon participate in OPCA through the Joint State Membership Program with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
Applications for these companies must be completed through NPMA:

This joint membership structure provides access to both state-level representation through OPCA and national resources through NPMA.
All Other Applicants
Applicants who are not Oregon-headquartered pest control companies may apply directly through OPCA by completing the online membership application.
This includes:
- Pest management companies headquartered outside Oregon
- Home inspectors
- Industry suppliers and vendors
- Industry supporters and partners

Membership Categories & Dues
Active Membership (Pest Management Companies)
Active membership is available to firms licensed to perform pest control or wildlife control services.
Companies headquartered in Oregon participate through the NPMA Joint State Membership Program. OPCA dues are based on company revenue and are paid in addition to NPMA joint membership dues.

Associate Membership
Associate membership is available to individuals or organizations interested in the pest management industry. This category commonly includes home inspectors and related professionals.
Associate Members may participate in OPCA events and educational programs.
Annual Dues: $250
Allied Membership
Allied membership is designed for suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers who support the pest management industry.
Allied Members receive benefits such as:
- Discounts on exhibit tables and sponsorship opportunities
- Access to industry networking events
- Opportunities to support OPCA educational programming

Strategic Partners
Strategic Partner membership is designed for companies that want to provide year-round support to OPCA while receiving enhanced visibility and engagement opportunities.
Strategic Partner Levels
- Platinum Partner: $4,500
- Gold Partner: $2,750
Strategic Partners receive a range of recognition and promotional benefits throughout the year.
Application Review Process
OPCA is committed to maintaining the professionalism and integrity of the pest management industry. New membership applications are reviewed in accordance with the OPCA bylaws.
As part of the application process:
- Applications are reviewed for license and insurance status with the Oregon Department of Agriculture, Oregon Department of Justice, and the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
- Applications are published to the OPCA membership for a 15-day comment period.
- The OPCA Board of Directors has an additional 15 days to verify information and vote on the application.
If an application is not approved, the applicant must wait one year before reapplying for membership.
