Jesse Gooch Earns NPMA Executive Leadership Program Graduation
OPCA
Congratulations to Jesse Gooch on Graduating from NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program
A milestone achievement for Oregon and continued leadership growth within OPCA.
OPCA is proud to congratulate Jesse Gooch of Kanga Pest Control and current OPCA President on his graduation from the National Pest Management Association’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP).
The ELP is a highly selective, two-year leadership development program designed to prepare and empower the next generation of industry leaders. Through structured curriculum, mentorship, and national engagement, participants gain the tools, perspective, and connections needed to lead at both the state and national levels.
Jesse’s accomplishment marks an important milestone — he is the first graduate of the program from Oregon. His commitment to growth, leadership, and service reflects not only his personal dedication but also the strength of OPCA’s leadership within the broader pest management community.
The program focuses on developing well-rounded leaders through professional development, monthly mentoring, and active participation in NPMA events and committees. Participants are selected through a competitive process and evaluated on their leadership readiness, aspiration, engagement, ability, and personal integrity.
Jesse’s graduation is not the end of the journey, but the beginning of an even greater impact within the industry. The ELP is designed to build a pipeline of engaged leaders who will continue to shape and strengthen pest management for years to come.
OPCA is also excited to share that Cameron Yamaura is part of the following ELP class, ensuring continued Oregon representation and leadership presence at the national level.
