PestWorld 2026 is heading to Grapevine, Texas, October 20–23 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Join pest management professionals, suppliers, researchers, and industry leaders for four days of education, exhibits, networking, and innovation. Early bird registration is available through September 3, with hotel reservations opening first to registered attendees. Don’t wait—rooms are limited and expected to sell quickly.
Registration is now open for PestWorld 2026, the pest management industry’s most anticipated event of the year. Hosted at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, PestWorld will take place October 20–23, 2026, bringing together thousands of pest management professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, researchers, and industry leaders from across the country and around the world.

Hotel Information
PestWorld 2026 hotel reservations will open in May 2026 and will be available exclusively to registered attendees. The booking link will be posted online for the general public in mid-June.

Contracted rates are guaranteed through the reservation close date, September 25, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. After this date, room rates and availability are at the discretion of the hotel.
